The goal of Fayoum Winter Academy is to promote collaboration among artists from different countries with a view to presenting an exhibition later in the year in Cairo. My pictures for the exhibition were made on cardboard boxes which I obtained from the small shops in the village of Tunis in Fayoum, Egypt. The exhibition has been postponed because of the political situation in Egypt.
